Shalini shares that after leaving behind 20 years as a corporate lawyer, where she experienced inequity, she was disappointed to have a similar experience in the coaching industry. Her experience set her off on a mission to challenge inequity at all levels and sectors of the coaching profession.

Guest Bios

Shalini Sequeira is an executive coach and facilitator who wants to see more diverse leadership teams in every sector and at every level. After a successful career with more than 20 years of leadership experience as a finance lawyer and as an L&D specialist, she now has her own business working across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Shalini supports people from diverse groups to get into leadership positions and offers them support when they get there. As Non-Executive Director for a London NHS Trust and part of the leadership team at She Leads Change, Shalini provides leadership development for women changemakers.
