Dr Ashleigh McLellan is a consultant clinical psychologist and executive coach at Indigo Talent Development. Her favourite approach is Compassion-Focused model which is applies to her coaching and leadership with individuals and teams. She also brings the African philosophy of Ubuntu into her practice.


Hilary McLellan was the founder of Indigo Talent Development, Executive and Team Coach, Speaker, Organizational Behaviourist and the creator of the Virtual Mind Trainer - which is scientifically proven to have a positive impact on mood, energy, innovation, creativity and problem-solving.
