Mark lives by the idea that everyone, regardless of their profession, social status, religion, or race, should be provided with coaching opportunities. Alongside coaching C-Suite executives, Mark focuses on prisoners, youth mental health, and those that would not ordinarily have access to coaching.

Speaker Bio

Mark Bixter is a Freelance Leadership and Mental Health Coach, who works with Young Women's Trust, Sanctus, Frontline, and Spark Inside. He is aiming to change the "gold-standard" criteria of coaching and provide coaching that is accessible to all. Mark switched his career from actor to a full-time coach in 2020 after working temporarily in a criminal justice charity, his motivation was to support those furthest from power and he soon became Managing Director at Spark Inside.
