Supervision in Coaching

This four-part webinar series is based on the Association for Coaching’s “Supervision in Coaching: Supervision, Ethics and Continuous Professional Development” book, edited by Jonathan Passmore and published by Kogan Page.

The speakers are all contributors to the book, which examines how coaches can use professional development tools including supervision and continuing professional development to improve and develop their coaching practice. The series will provide essential guidance on this key area of coaching practice.

Speaker Bio's

Sue Congram PhD, is a leadership consultant providing progressive and innovative consultancy for national and global companies. In 2013 Sue co-founded Engendering Balance Ltd (now the EB Centre) and has authored, co-authored & co-edited a number of books, chapters and articles for professional journals.

Julie Allan, is a coaching psychologist and chartered occupational psychologist (HCPC) , supervisor, consultant and writer. She has co-authored books and chapters on Ethics, Gestalt Coaching and Story in Organisations.

She supervises coaches and consultants, and coaches for leadership at work-life transition points with a view to enabling wiser ways.

Peter Hawkins, is Professor of Leadership at Henley Business School, Chairman of Renewal Associates and Honorary President of the Academy of Executive Coaching and APECS.

He is a leading consultant, writer and researcher in leadership and leadership development and an international thought leader in executive teams, systemic team coaching and coaching supervision.

Michelle Lucas, is an AC Accredited Executive Master Coach and an Accredited Coaching Supervisor. She also trains internal coaches through an Accredited Experiential Coach Development Programme and she trains internal coaches to become internal group coaching supervisors.

She has co-authored three books about supervision and in 2021 won the EMCC Global Supervision Award.
