Speaker Bios

Michelle Lucas is an Executive Coach, experienced Supervisor, and Director of Greenfields Consulting. Her early career was in Clinical Psychology before a twenty-year career in fast-paced commercial organizations leading HR functions. She is an Accredited Executive Master Coach and an Accredited Coaching Supervisor with the Association for Coaching.
