Create Safe Spaces with TRAKC© - Transform Your Coaching & Supervision
“Why is my client so resistant?” “We’re going in circles!” If you’ve faced similar frustrations as a coach or supervisor, you’re not alone. But there’s a way forward.
Join us for this Create Safe Spaces webinar series to explore how to create environments that foster approachability, calm, and compassionate curiosity - spaces where every individual can reach their full potential.
Each interactive session incorporates creative modalities that engage both the mind and heart, ensuring memorable, lasting learning that seamlessly integrates into your practice.
This experience will transform how you coach or supervise and who you are in the space - creating relationships marked by flow, balance, and ease.
Description of each webinar
Webinar One: Why Psychological Safety Matters: Introducing TRAKC©
Explore the TRAKC© model - Trust, Resonance, Authenticity, Kindness, and Candour - and learn how to create psychologically safe spaces that foster reflection, growth, and innovation. Val will focus on how to nurture transformative coaching and supervision relationships and discover how trust and resonance can unlock new insights and solutions.
Webinar Two: Authenticity and Kindness in Coaching and Supervision
Discover how to support clients in embracing uncertainty and showing up fully, even in challenging situations. Learn how kindness diffuses defensiveness, creating authentic connections that foster deeper, more meaningful coaching and supervision outcomes.
Webinar Three: Candour: Boundaries that Create Clarity and Flow
Explore how candour and psychological boundaries intuitively foster trust, clarity, and flow in coaching and supervision. By enhancing psychological safety and nurturing relationships built on Trust, Resonance, Authenticity, Kindness, and Candour, you co-create a space where clients unlock creativity, deepen self-awareness, and confidently embrace personal and professional growth.
Who should attend?
This webinar series is ideal for Seasoned Coaches, Executive Coaches, Team Coaches, Personal or Career Coaches, Supervisors, Leader Coaches, HR /OD Professionals or Internal Coaches.
In this webinar series you will:
1. Experience creating psychological safety using the TRAKC© model and discover how it can transform the coaching and supervision space. 2. Reflect on how to build trust and create a resonant space where new possibilities intuitively emerge. 3. Explore tools for fostering authenticity, helping clients move through uncertainty and resistance to show up fully and confidently. 4.
Master techniques for diffusing defensive behaviours through the application of kindness, even in tough conversations, cultivating openness and ease. 5. Reflect on establishing psychological boundaries that enable clarity and flow, ensuring your coaching sessions are both structured and flexible.
Why it matters?
Now, more than ever, we must distinguish ourselves as human coaches. While AI coaching is emerging, it cannot replicate the transformative presence that we provide as humans.
Resources
Registered participants will gain access to the webinar recordings and slides after each session, along with several resources from Val Mullally, including the five pillars of the TRAKC© model, website links to helpful articles, and a recommended reading list.
