GB Virtual Event: Inner Success - Self-regulation for Coaching Sustainable LeadershipSenior leaders often find themselves caught in a cycle of pressure, burnout, and constant striving which often leads them towards deep unsatisfaction, burn-out and the cycle of repetition towards goal chasing without knowing the ‘deep why’, and how to break that cycle. At the core of these common challenges faced by senior executives lies the approach to self-regulation. The ability to manage one’s thoughts, emotions, excessive desires for chasing more and behaviours in alignment with values and self-understanding. This workshop invites executive coaches to explore how to support clients in stepping out of ‘goal chasing’ mentality, shifting from constant doing to intentional pause and reflection. It blends evidence-based psychological approaches with Eastern philosophy-informed methods to help clients handle pressure, manage ambition, avoid burnout, and create meaningful balance. Participants will engage in discussions and reflective practices that connect real-world leadership challenges to develop self-awareness, gain wisdom, clarity and conscious action. The session is designed to offer both self-discovery and practical tools that coaches can bring into their own work and into their clients’ lives and careers.
In this webinar you will learn:- Develop practical tools and techniques for self-regulation and emotional management
- Support clients in exploring their relationship with success, failure, and ambition
- Understand how to lead with clarity and balance, avoiding burnout through healthy detachment
- Integrate modern coaching and Eastern philosophical wisdom to enhance leadership effectiveness
- Guide clients in cultivating sustainable, values-driven ambition through strengthening self-awareness and inner data insight
