Speakers' Bios
Alex is COO and Co-Founder of the Association
for Coaching. She has over 25 years of experience in strategic leadership and
operations. Alex works with senior leaders globally and has diverse senior
commercial experience which she combines with a passion for developing senior
executives to their full potential. Alex's background of psychology, training,
merchant banking, and entrepreneurial experience led her to found Tailored
Coaching and co–founded Purposeful Connections.
Alex has received an AC
Honorary award for Influencing the Coaching Profession, is an author in
Excellence in Coaching and is on the international editorial board of the
academic-based coaching journal "Coaching; an International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice."

Jeannette is an AC Accredited Master Executive Coach, achieved accreditation with the Coaching Academy and has a Diploma in Business Performance Coaching. As Head of Coaching at Marshall Vere Associates, Co-founder of Purposeful Connections and through
her work with the AC, she is passionate about crafting coaching programmes that bring about measurable changes in individuals, teams and organizations.
With vast experience of working within hostile, fast paced, challenging environments including selection and recruitment, dealing with teams experiencing a takeover, running international conferences and working with inherited teams; she understands how
difficult it can be to manage and develop others under those circumstances.
