What Informs a Supervisor's Mindset?
When an experienced Coach or Mentor-Coach considers becoming a practicing Coach Supervisor, it is often thought that additional skills are needed. Why else would the work deserve a different label? While there may be some truth in this, our speaker for this webinar, Executive Coach and Supervisor, Michelle Lucas, believes that it is a shift in mindset that is most important. Michelle has developed and tested a framework – the StEWARD model - which articulates the mindset of a Coach Supervisor, which she will share in this webinar. For existing (or emerging) Coach Supervisors, the model offers a structure for reflection to help articulate their own approach to the work. For Coaches, it offers an “insider perspective” on how Coach Supervisors might form their interventions and, in so doing, invites a greater opportunity for co-creation in the supervision space.
In this webinar you will learn: a) What are the six components of the StEWARD model b) Why these components need to be tailored before they are applied c) What is the difference between a Coach and a Coach Supervisor mindset d) How the StEWARD model can influence your experience of supervision
Who is this programme for? This webinar is for new Coaches, seasoned Coaches, Executive Coaches, Team Coaches, Personal or Career Coaches, Leader Coaches, Supervisors, HR /OD professionals and internal coaches.
Resources Registered participants will gain access to the webinar recording and slides.
