AI in Coaching: A Journey Toward Literacy, Practice and Impact

Speaker Bio
Rebecca Rutschmann is an AI coaching innovator and co-founder of Viva la Coaching Academy, the first known AI literacy movement for coaching and corporate learning. She co-founded evoach AI coaching companions in 2019 and is the creator of the AI Coach Alpina, the first AI Coach ever evaluated against ICF coaching competencies. As a tech entrepreneur, communications specialist, and certified business coach, Rebecca integrates human-centred design with AI to transform coaching and learning. She is an advisor to the New York University Technology & Coaching Summit and an accredited coach with the ICF (PCC) and EMCC (SP). She also serves as the lead of the Technology & AI upskilling group at EMCC Global and as VP Accreditation for EMCC Germany. Her mission is to make coaching accessible, ethical, responsible and future-ready through innovative applications of AI.
