I’m Zoë Harwood, founder of Light Minds Collective. As a certified Eating Disorder Recovery and Body Image Coach and former dance school principal with over 20 years of experience supporting emotional and physical wellbeing, I help individuals rebuild confidence, heal their relationship with food, and cultivate body acceptance.
My approach integrates evidence-informed coaching with holistic techniques, empowering clients to develop self-trust, confidence, and a healthy relationship with their bodies. I offer sessions in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, and online.
I provide 1:1 coaching to support individuals in eating disorder recovery (for those medically stable) and body image healing. My work focuses on rebuilding confidence, nurturing self-compassion, and developing a peaceful relationship with food and the body.
I’m a certified Eating Disorder Recovery and Body Image Coach, and I am currently studying for my NCfED Master Practitioner certification.
My approach integrates evidence-based frameworks such as The Body Project and intuitive eating principles with holistic, values-led coaching.
Sessions are offered online and in person in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
My interests centre on eating disorder recovery, body image, and confidence coaching through a compassionate and evidence-informed lens. I’m passionate about redefining success and self-worth for those who’ve been influenced by diet culture, perfectionism, or performance-based environments such as dance.
As a former dancer, I’m particularly interested in supporting performers and creatives to overcome body image challenges, disordered eating, and the pressures of appearance-based industries. I’m drawn to approaches that integrate intuitive eating principles, body acceptance work, and holistic methods that help individuals reconnect with self-trust and inner confidence.
