About the event
How to Thrive in Complexity: Developing Your Self-Experiencing When traditional coaching tools fall short in complex, high-stakes situations, the issue is often limited internal capacity rather than skill. Join Mac Ling and Natalie Goni for an experiential
session that shifts focus from collecting more tools to upgrading your internal operating system.
What you will learn
This interactive lab explores Self-Experiencing—the ability to observe your own reactions in real time.
- You’ll identify your somatic "Protective Reflexes" (the urge to Fix, Know, or Save) and practise Vertical Inquiry to change your perspective.
- Learn how "holding polarities" helps you navigate ambiguity and expand your capacity for change.
