About the event

Coaches are natural communicators - skilled at building trust, holding space, and exploring what matters. But when it’s time to transition from a powerful conversation into a clear offer... many freeze.

In this practical session, Sales Coach Sue Foxon reframes the discovery call as a natural sales conversation - one that flows with authenticity and intention. Using the C.L.E.A.R. Framework, Sue will show you how to maintain your professional authority throughout the conversation

What You Will Learn

  • The C.L.E.A.R. Flow: A 5-step structure (Connect, Listen, Explore, Advise, Reassure) to keep you grounded.
  • The Pivot: How to naturally bridge the gap between listening to the client and leading them toward a solution.
  • The Art of the Invite: How to state your price and handle hesitations with calm, professional certainty.
  • The Clear Next Step: How to ensure every conversation ends with a defined decision, leaving both you and the client clear on the path forward.

Speaker Bio

Sue Foxon

Sue Foxon - Sales Coach & Mentor
I help women in service-based businesses sell with confidence, authenticity, and ease - using simple frameworks that feel natural and true to them. After nearly 50 years in sales -from cold-calling and managing teams to running my own company in France, I learned that the best conversations aren’t about persuasion. They’re about listening, clarity, and belief in your value.

When I moved to France, I had to completely rethink how I sold. The hard-sell techniques I’d been taught didn’t translate, either literally or emotionally. That experience taught me how to sell in a way that feels human, calm, and genuine. It’s the same approach I now share: helping coaches find their words, trust their worth, and ask for the business with confidence. My style is grounded and practical, focusing on connection over convincing so the right clients say 'yes' because it feels right for them, too.
