Panellists’ Bios

Photo of Rupert Bryce

Rupert Bryce - Rupert is an executive leadership coach and registered psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in leadership development, human resources, consulting and coaching. Rupert is currently working with CEO's, C-suite leaders and senior executives of private and listed companies, supporting leadership transitions, transformations and strategic alignment to build capability for growth. Highly result-oriented and solution-focussed, Rupert has worked with senior executives to enhance their performance in the workplace. Rupert is also the fractional Chief People Officer at a fast-growing, privately owned in-house coaching firm serving the top 20 leaders.

Dr Fran Finn - Fran is passionate about developing exceptional leaders and has been coaching since 2000 across a wide range of public and private sector organisations. She brings extensive experience in leadership and executive coaching, including as former Director of Leadership Coaching and Executive Programs at QUT Graduate School of Business and QUTeX Executive Education. Fran holds a PhD examining executive coaching as a leadership development approach and is an Association for Coaching Fellow, recognised for her longstanding contribution to the coaching profession and its standards.

Gemma Thomson - Gemma is an accredited Executive Coach with 15 years' experience in organisational, team, and individual transformation. Gemma currently works within an ASX-listed organisation leading a team that delivers coaching, whilst also running her own coaching business outside of business hours. Gemma's focus is on working with teams and individuals who want to live and work more consciously, but who aren't sure how to take the first step away from the 'traditional corporate pathway' into something more authentic and sustainable..
