About the event

In the age of AI, being human, competent and ethical in our practice is what makes coaches stand out.

Join this interactive webinar to explore how AI can enhance — not replace — the coaching relationship. We’ll look at practical ways an “AI coach in your pocket” can reinforce learning, follow up after training, and help leaders and teams turn insights into daily habits.

Building on this, the session will dive into what typically happens after the trainer leaves the room — why people enjoy the learning experience yet often forget the theory — and how AI can help bridge this gap while keeping the human coach at the centre. Through real examples of an AI follow up tool, we’ll examine how leaders can quickly access just in time guidance, such as steps for giving constructive feedback before a meeting. We’ll also explore key ethical considerations and how to integrate AI tools in alignment with AC values and the Global Code of Ethics.
