Grace McCarthy explores how core coaching skills—observation, listening, questioning, goal setting, feedback, and reflection—can be applied with individuals and teams. Her book extends to organisational coaching, including systems thinking, culture, and cross-cultural practice. This workshop brings these ideas to life through hands-on activities, self-assessment, and peer feedback, and shows how technology and GenAI support coaching before, during, and after conversations.
