Clean Language and Coaching Supervision

In this webinar, Anne Calleja, Supervision Lead at the Association for Coaching, interviews Angela Dunbar, Accredited Coach and Supervisor, about how she uses the ‘clean’ approach to supervision practice. “The word ‘clean’ is supposed to represent the fact that you’re cleansing yourself of all your own biases, opinions and perspectives so that you’re asking questions that are as unbiased and non-directive as can be.” Angela explains.

Angela enthuses about how she first came across the ‘Clean’ approach and why it inspired her: "When I discovered clean through my NLP training, for me, it was like Alice in Wonderland. I fell into this wonderful world of my own imagination. And more importantly, I learned that in this place was my inner wisdom. In this place, I knew things that I didn't know that I knew!"

In this webinar you will learn:

  • What is ‘Clean’ approach
  • ‘Clean’ approach models
  • Clean and non-directive approach
