I qualified as a coach in 2012 after completing the BBC's externally accredited Coach Foundation Course and have been coaching consistently as a ‘job+ coach’ since then. My approach is to create a thinking partnership with the client, combining trust and empathy with objectivity and reflection. I work with clients to help them explore thoughts, ideas and actions in a safe and confidential space, enabling them to understand their world from different perspectives.
I believe strongly in the power of coaching to help clients realise their own potential to bring about positive change. My skills best support Executive, Transitional (a.k.a. First 100 days) and Leadership Development coaching. I have also worked with clients planning for and returning from maternity and paternity leave.
