During a successful career in the NHS and Higher Education Sarah led the development of a new area of practice – public mental health, and played a major part in bringing the concept of mental wellbeing into health care. She pioneered teaching of wellbeing to HE students to enable personal wellbeing and expand health care to include positive health. Sarah trained in coaching towards the end of her professional career. She has recently become a facilitator of Radical Wholeness embodiment practices. She works on both personal wellbeing and career success with those at all stages in their careers, often in highly stressful environments. Clients include people engaging with new leadership roles, work and life transitions, work-life balance, setbacks and health issues. Many work in medicine and health. Sarah is committed to enabling people to find their own solutions and supporting their transformative journeys. See more about Sarah here : https://wellbeing-ventures.co.uk/

Other interests I am a student of the Diamond Approach (the Ridhwan School) to personal and spiritual development and a long term practitioner or Qi Gong. I am trained to practitioner level in Emotional Freedom Technique, Deep Massage and to teacher level in Zero Balancing. I am especially interested in the way the 'body holds the score' of past events, and how childhood experiences shape so many aspects of our functioning as adults. I enjoy working with the mind, body and spirit simultaneously to bring these patterns into awareness and enable their transformation.
