I have been coaching as a Level 7 qualified coach since 2019 and informally since 1998 following internal coaching courses based on the GROW model. I have a Diploma in Systemic Coaching (ICF accredited). I work within the UK civil service and privately. I am also a qualified practising counsellor and as such, use a person-centred approach with my coaching clients. I typically work with senior managers up to Director Level to support promotion, interview preparation, working with difficult relationships and building confidence.
I typically cover a 30 minute chemistry session and 6 x 1-hour sessions I provide a written workbook summary at the end of each session. I provide a flexible approach based on the clients needs. I support clients to identify solutions through asking great questions drawn on my own varied career. I create relational depth quickly with clients through my natural open, honest and empathic approach. I hold space for clients that are struggling emotionally with their challenges. My clients are typically looking for support on: - Career Progression - Support with Interviewing Style & Preparing for Interviews - Increasing the ability to influence - Increasing Confidence
