I'm interested in supporting the development of staff, creating thinking space and offer opportunity to learn about self and explore new perspectives. I have an interest in staff wellbeing and creating psychological safety within teams, organisations and as part of leadership. I am also interested in new learning and insights about me and how I can develop as a professional and a person. I have trained and practiced in Solution focused Brief Therapy and believe that coaching will build on this experience. I aim to work from a trauma informed perspective and will draw on psychological perspectives to understand human behaviour /relationships.
