083: Beyond Diversity with Dr Cath Bishop

“Diversity and inclusion is not a part of what we do; it's integrated into everything we do.”

Dr Cath Bishop, a triple Olympian rower, former diplomat, leadership coach and author of "The Long Win", joins our host Sue Stockdale to discuss the broader meaning of success and the significance for coaches supporting teams to shift organizational cultures where every diverse voice is heard and appreciated.

Cath's unique experiences as an athlete and diplomat give authenticity and depth to her definition of success and how that impacts the coaching of teams and diversity.

Learn how, as coaches, we can support leaders in creating an environment of psychological safety where diversity, inclusion and belonging are norms, and a long win has more impact than a short-term 'tick-box' exercise.
