Katherine Tulpa

Katherine is the Co- Founder and CEO of the Association for Coaching. She is also founder of Wisdom8, an Executive Coach, Board Facilitator, and Leadership Advisor who works with CEOs, C-Suite Executives, and Top Teams across the world.

Katherine is a leading authority within her field, as well as a speaker, author and coach mentor. She received the accolade of Coach/Mentor of the Year by Coaching at Work; the Global Coaching Leadership award at the World HRD Congress, and AC Honorary Awards for Impacting & Influencing the Coaching Profession, amongst others. Katherine is a guest lecturer for Imperial Colleges ELITE programme, for CEOs. She runs the Coaching Faculty for The Marketing Academy.

Alex Szabo

Alex is COO and Co-Founder of the Association for Coaching. She is COO of Acuity Coaching specialising in strategic leadership and operations. Alex works with senior leaders globally and has diverse senior commercial experience which she combines with a passion for developing senior executives to their full potential. Alex's background in psychology, training, merchant banking and entrepreneurial experience led her to found Tailored Coaching and co-found Purposeful Connections.

Alex was awarded an AC Honorary award for Influencing the Coaching Profession, is an author in Excellence in Coaching, and is on the international editorial board of the academic-based coaching journal "Coaching; an International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice".
