Hetty Einzig

Hetty is the Association for Coaching’s Strategy Director of Publications and Executive Editor of Coaching Perspectives, the AC magazine. Working globally in leadership development, Hetty is an author and thought leader and teaches on the Diploma in Executive Coaching at the IMI in Dublin. A particular focus is on women leaders and leadership for contribution. An accredited psychotherapist, her roots lie in trans-personal psychology, a values-based model. Hetty works holistically, including the spirit and somatic intelligence as an integrated whole.

Ian McDermott

Having trained a generation of coaches both in-house and through publicly accredited programs, Ian came to the view that coaching was far too important to be left to coaches. That’s how he came to develop Coach Approach programs for leaders, managers and organizations. Based in the US (Connecticut) and the UK (London) he holds various academic positions and is a prolific author, translated into 20 languages. Publications include The Art of Systems Thinking, The Coaching Bible, and The Collaborative Leader: The Ultimate Leadership Challenge.

Ian knows what it takes to run a successful business long-term. He is the Founder of International Teaching Seminars, which celebrates its 35th anniversary in 2023. Ian is AC Global Ambassador for Innovation and Collaboration.

She is a Career Transition coach and a certified practitioner in Applied Neuroscience, with a long background in Human Resources, Event Management and Project Management.

David Rothauser

David is a psychoanalyst, executive coach and coach supervisor. He facilitates ongoing supervision groups for coaches and engages senior leaders and their teams in reflective practice and developmental transformation. David has coached in a range of industries, including entertainment, PE- and VC-backed tech start-ups, data analytics, the space industry, cyber security, real estate, healthcare, and education.

David trained in coaching supervision at Oxford Brookes University, executive coaching at Columbia University, psychodynamic group leadership at the Center for Group Studies, and psychoanalysis at the Centre for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies. David lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife and son
