Guest Bio

Mat Daniel MMEd PhD is a UK National Health Service consultant, a medical educator and a coach specializing in supporting doctors to have successful and meaningful careers. His master’s degree research explored how coaching supports gay men at work. In addition to coaching individuals, Mat teaches coaching and mentoring skills to healthcare professionals, and applies his coaching knowledge to talk about medical careers. He initiated and now co-facilitates the Association for Coaching’s co-coaching forum for health and social care.
