David is a Thought Leader for the Institute of Coaching. They will soon publish his report on The Five Maturities as a new paradigm for developing coaches. He has written 75 publications, including as co-editor of the SAGE Handbook of Coaching and author of Narrative Coaching: The Definitive Guide to Bringing New Stories to Life.
