One common implication of being open to learning and change is that the client may be reconsidering their future plans.

Speaker Bio
Natalie Lancer
is an accredited coach and a member of the Association for Coaching. She is the Secretary of the British Psychological Society’s Special Group in Coaching Psychology. She specializes in career coaching for young adults, drawing on her previous
experience working in schools. She co-authored a book on Coaching Techniques and is finishing her doctorate in Psychology at Birkbeck College.
