Jennifer is a Chartered Psychologist, accredited coach and supervisor, and the editor of Coaching as a Leader. With 25+ years of experience in workplace psychology, she currently leads leadership development and succession planning at Grant Thornton LLP in Canada.

Speaker Bios

Tony Worgan is a leadership development specialist and Partner at Tablefish Consulting. Formerly Head of Coaching & Mentoring at the BBC, he has trained hundreds of leaders and coaches and holds a Master's in Coaching & Mentoring.

Dena Paris is a certified executive coach and HR leader with decades of global experience. She leads an internal coaching centre of excellence and specialises in leadership development, talent strategy, and coaching impact.

Paul Williamson is Head of Learning & Development at ATG Entertainment. A chartered HR professional and qualified coach, he’s known for building internal coaching faculties and leadership programmes. He also serves as Regional Chair for the AC in Great Britain.

Ross Hunter is a leadership coach with 20+ years' experience across elite sport, global consultancy, and corporate environments. He holds a Master’s in coaching and is among the top 1% of elite sports coaches recognised by Sport England.

Linda Beatty is a Senior Manager at Bank of Ireland and a qualified Executive Coach with a background in marketing and customer experience. She leads the organisation’s coaching community and is passionate about embedding a coaching culture.

Andy Murphy is an experienced executive coach, supervisor, and leadership development specialist based in London. With 25+ years in leadership, he co-created a major UK bank’s internal coaching faculty and now works with leaders and teams across sectors.

Nuha Al Moosa is an accredited coach and people development leader based in Oman, with a 19-year career spanning hospitality, banking, and energy. She focuses on leadership growth, cultural change, and helping individuals unlock their potential.
