Mental Health in Coaching and Supervision

What do you do when a mental health concern shows up in a coaching or supervision session?

With one in five people (2021) experiencing some form of depression and one in six adults having symptoms at any time, it is likely that coaches and supervisors are going to come across some form of mental health issue.

How does this therefore impact on us, those we supervise and what our clients bring into the coaching room?

This interactive webinar is a forum for discussion and collaboration on mental health in Coaching and Supervision and explore what issues arise, how coaches and supervisors deal with them, how you resource yourself and what support, advice or training you need.

The information gathered will inform further research and resourcing designed to meet AC Member’s needs in this area.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • Challenges and issues in Mental Health arising for Coaches and Supervisors
  • Shared experiences of Mental Health Coaching and Supervision
