Rebecca Rutschmann is a pioneering tech entrepreneur and certified business coach specializing in the intersection of AI and coaching. She co-founded Viva la Coaching, the first AI literacy movement for coaching, and Evoach, an AI coaching startup.

Holding senior accreditations with ICF and EMCC, Rebecca also serves as VP Accreditation for EMCC Germany and contributes globally to AI upskilling in coaching. Rebecca's mission is to make coaching more accessible through human-centered AI, enabling coaches and clients to thrive in a digital world.

Colin Cosgrove is an active AI Coach and Compliance Consultant for Tech organizations and is a Senior Practitioner Coach with the EMCC.

A former Compliance lead at Google, Colin led key initiatives in response to the 2017 Shopping judgement and helped scale out Google’s first AI Ads products in Europe in line with EU legislation.
