AI Virtual Café - Tackling Digital Fatigue

In the busyness of everyday life, we can all feel at capacity most of the time.

And when we are at capacity with the clutter of life, both we and our clients can struggle to find the space for anything new, like for example embracing new technologies.

So how do we create the headspace needed to not be left behind in the digitalization of the coaching industry?

In this session, Ana Paula Nacif, Ingrid Pope and Carol Braddick lead an insightful conversation on navigating digital fatigue and tech overload in today's fast-paced, digital world.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • A model of how to make sense of the busyness and clutter of the world
  • Practical steps to support their wellbeing
  • The importance of tech boundaries

Who is this for?

This webinar is for new coaches, seasoned coaches, executive coaches, team coaches, personal or career coaches, health coaches, supervisors, and internal coaches.
