Guest Bio'sLinda Beatty is the author of the chapter titled ‘Formal coaching as a leader coach’ from the ‘Coaching as a Leader’ book. She is a Senior Manager of Culture and Engagement in Bank of Ireland. Based in Ireland, she has over thirty-five years’ experience working in the communications and financial services industries. She is a Marketeer, a Customer Experience (CX) professional, and a qualified Executive Coach.
She is a passionate Coaching advocate and believes that organisations thrive by embedding a coaching culture. In 2018 she founded and now leads the Coaching Community of Practice within her organisation, from which she set up an internal coaching faculty. Resulting in her winning numerous internal recognition awards for Enabling Colleagues to Thrive. She lives in Dublin with her husband, practices yoga and mindfulness and loves running Half Marathons.
