Ross has over 20 years of experience in coaching and leadership in diverse environments from elite sport, a global consultancy, to in house in a FTSE 20 org. Ross has a Masters in coaching and is recognised as one of the top 1% most highly qualified elite sports coaches and previous Head Coach of an international blind sports team. Ross now runs his own business focused on measuring human impact turning soft skills into hard data to elevate hiring, development and investment.
