Guest Bio's

Jeannette Marshall is an AC Accredited Master Executive Coach, has achieved accreditation with the Coaching Academy and has a Diploma in Business Performance Coaching. As Head of Coaching at Marshall Vere Associates and through her work with the AC as former AC Director of Accreditation and AC UK Chair, she is passionate about crafting coaching programmes that bring about measurable changes in organizations. Jeannette excels in bringing groups together to focus on a common objective. Her delivery style is highly motivational, charismatic and energetic.

 

Dr. Declan Woods is the AC’s Global Head of Team Coaching Standards and Accreditation and leads the AC’s work on team coaching. Declan is also the CEO of teamGenie®, a company specializing in designing, coaching and developing teams, and a top team coaching psychologist.

 

Carol Whitaker specialises in Executive Coaching, Team/Group Coaching and Facilitation, Coach Supervision, and Mentoring Entrepreneurs. Carol is an AC Accredited Supervisor with over 14 years of experience. Collaborative by nature, her AC roles include Co-Lead AC & AOCS Ethics Resource and Co-facilitator of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Project. She has co-authored two 5*rated books: "Coaching Supervision: A practical guide for Supervisees" (2016) and "Peer Supervision in Coaching & Mentoring: A versatile guide for Reflective practice" (2018) – Routledge.

 

Anne is a Leadership Coach, Accredited Coach Supervisor, Psychotherapist and Therapy Supervisor. She combines business acumen with a psychological insight into how people think and do what they do. Anne set up the AC Supervision SIG, virtual support monthly meet-up groups, and now leads the AC mental health and well-being initiative for Coaches and Supervisors.
