Guest Bios

Katy describes herself as a “Loving Boot Coach” as she is a fan of challenging coaching, and enjoys supporting and challenging her clients to step into a peak performance zone. She is an experienced Corporate Executive Coach, Coaching Supervisor, Mentor, and Business Consultant, who has worked within the UK and Internationally. Katy has an MBA Executive Degree and was recognised as a finalist for The Coaching Academy Awards in both 2018 and 2019. She is delighted to have recently been welcomed onto The Coaching Academy’s training team to support them with the delivery of their Corporate Executive Diploma. Her motto in life is “There is always Anotherway”.


Ashana is a Master Executive Coach and uses person-centered approaches to engage in thought-provoking coaching partnerships. Her specialty is working with influential leaders and under-represented mid-career professionals to navigate real and perceived career-limiting challenges, facilitating meaningful dialogue in support of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. By meeting people where they are, she works to break down barriers to inclusion and inspire sustainable workplace practices for all.
