Speaker BioFor over 20 years, Clare Croft's career has, at its core, been about inspiring positive behaviour change in people. In 2012, she began to transition her career, from being a strategist in advertising agencies, into talent development and worked in talent roles within two of London's top agencies. Collectively her experience has given her a deep understanding of the challenges people face at work and what it takes to achieve the change needed to let potential flourish. Today, she runs a coaching practice where she help leaders and leadership teams to unlock their potential and enjoy a more rewarding experience at work. She is also a director at specialist change practice Corporate Punk. Through a blend of consulting, coaching and training, they help leaders to achieve lasting change in their business.
