Jen Kidby is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and an accredited coach and coach supervisor. She is qualified and experienced in using numerous psychometric tools and is the Director of Leadership Development at Grant Thorton. Her work is guided by her passion to help shape organisations into places where people can be their best selves.
