Guest BioSteven Russell is the founder of Elements SEMH Support CIC and Steven Russell Drip By Drip Consultancy Ltd. Steven spent his childhood up in care, moving between homes and schools. Despite negative influences in his teens, guidance from Steven’s mentor, Dave, changed his path, and a life-changing event in 2004 led to self-reinvention. Starting as a care worker in 2005, Steven launched Elements Support in 2019 to support children, alongside a consultancy for their needs. ‘At Elements, our motto “Drip By Drip Day By Day, Life is never perfect and that’s OK” drives us as we empower children and communities on this transformative journey.’
