Guest BioPaul Chambers is an author, speaker, poet, mental health charity founder, mental health advocate, and former addict. From the age of five, his struggles began when he developed a debilitating stutter followed by undiagnosed mental illnesses through his childhood and adulthood. He has since discovered he is neurodiverse and now manages OCD, ADHD, depression, general anxiety disorder, social anxiety, and various related superpowers. Throughout his whole life he has written to escape and manage what was going on inside himself. Paul strives to be the person that he didn’t know he needed as a child, young person and adult, and inspires others to do the same. Paul co-founded The Creative Mental Health Charity PoetsIN, who support thousands of people every year through talks, programmes, workshops, free tools, and online and in-person support. The charity holds space and harnesses the power of the written and spoken word to help purge and manage wellbeing for life.
