Her business is Assemble Coaching which was established to work with leaders and teams in engineering, providing coaching and facilitation to promote inclusion, collaboration, sustainable growth and development. Sally is a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE); an Accredited Coach (EMCC Senior Practitioner) and holds master’s degrees in both Engineering and Coaching and Mentoring.
