Rachael focuses on leadership for founders and entrepreneurs as well as deep subject matter experts. They discuss the role of coaching and mentoring in leadership development and include many practical tips for coaches and leaders themselves.

Guest Bio

Rachael is CEO of the Team Lab, a business that specializes in leadership team effectiveness. Our interdisciplinary team includes coaches, mentors, and business advisors. Typically, we work with subject matter experts, including technologists, engineers, scientists, and academics who have moved into a leadership role. Sector specialisms include education, edtech, tech, and engineering. Rachael is also a volunteer well-being coach with Macmillan Cancer Support and is Chair of EMCC Global Council.
