Smaranda Dochia is the Director for Digital Learning and Podcasts for the Association for Coaching, helping coaches to learn and make a real difference in the world. She is an Executive & Career Transition Coach and a certified practitioner in Applied Neuroscience, with a long background in Human Resources, Event Management and Project Management.
