You can access the on-demand conference sessions and enjoy a deep dive into the evolving intersection of coaching and technology.

Here are the first-day conference sessions and speakers available for on-demand access:

Opening Panel: How Technology is Disrupting Coaching

Carol Braddick, Emma Weber and Tünde Erdös led an engaging panel discussion on whether technology is helping or disrupting coaching. This thought-provoking session explores the various ways in which technology has revolutionized the coaching landscape, offering both opportunities and challenges for coaches and their clients.

The Value of Hybrid Coaching

Croía Loughnane provides insights into the value of hybrid coaching and using emerging digital technologies and computer-mediated communications to benefit the coaching profession and clients in the context of scalability, accessibility and equitability of coaching without impacting the quality and impact of human coach-led interactions.

Visuals in Coaching: A Tech Tour

Yaron Prywes and Nicky Terblanche explore how visuals have been shown to help people focus, engage, and take action. The session presents “low tech” and “high tech” methods of integrating visuals into their coaching practice. “Low tech” refers to technologies often utilized in person by coaches, such as picture cards, that are transported into virtual mediums. “High tech” refers to more complex technologies, such as chatbots, that may be utilized in coaching without a human coach.

Using Technology for Exercises Between Coaching Sessions

Rebecca Rutschmann and Claudia Day shed light on the importance of using the time between sessions and how to use AI and technology to create a significant impact. Discover how technology can support and enhance the effectiveness of action/reflection in between sessions in coaching, providing clients with valuable resources, reminders, and progress tracking.
