A former City and in-house lawyer, she has experience working in high-pressure international environments. Stephanie regularly contributes to the LSP Magazine and has written articles for Coaching at Work Magazine. Her published peer-reviewed research articles are: Wheeler, S. (2020). Teresa Leyman, a Master Coach and Supervisor with 25+ years of experience in hi-tech companies, understands the crucial role of human factors in driving innovation. She and Stephanie hold an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and co-authored the award-winning Playfulness in Coaching (Routledge, 2023). Passionate about playful thinking in complex environments, they are writing a book on creative coaching approaches and offer team workshops that tackle challenging topics through play and creativity, fostering collaboration and performance.
