159: Which Coaching Professional Body is Right for You?

In this Episode

“The trickiest part of moving from a corporate career to coaching is the isolation… the associations give you a chance to find your tribe, find people that you can resonate with and learn from.”

This week our host, Simone Sweeney, is joined by Ina Mulrooney, a leadership and executive coach and Victoria Liu, a master executive coach and business coach. Together they explore the three main coaching professional bodies: the Association for Coaching (AC), the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Listen as they share their experiences with all three organizations and the many benefits of belonging to at least one of them.

This conversation is packed with practical advice, personal experiences and valuable insights that will help you navigate your coaching journey, and discover the growth and development that can be gained by joining a professional body. Whether you’re a new coach or an experienced coach looking for fresh perspectives, this episode will provide valuable insights.
