Speaker Bio

Victoria Leath is the Head of Corporate Membership & Accreditation Services for the Association for Coaching (AC). Supporting companies interested in embedding coaching cultures, increasing internal capability, and building lasting team performance for growth. Victoria is also the AC's Head of International Growth, supporting 20+ regional teams worldwide. Victoria is an Executive and Leadership Coach, Director, and founder of Inclusive Executive Coaching & Leadership Development (IECLD).

Charlotte Angus is the Head of Provider Membership & Accreditation Services for the Association for Coaching supporting organizations that continuously further excellence in the coaching industry as Coach Service Providers who offer external coaching and Coach Training providers, which include schools and academic institutions providing coach training qualifications. Charlotte is also a Business Psychologist, Team & Executive Coach and Leadership Development Specialist.

Nicola Boyle is the Head of Individual Membership & Accreditation Services for the Association for Coaching. Supporting individuals training to be a coach, those who deliver executive, leadership, group, team or personal coaching in private practice or a workplace setting and supervisors. Nicola is also the International AC Co-Coaching Manager, supporting 40+ Co-Coaching Forum. Nicola is also an Executive Coach and Coaching Skills Trainer for C-level executives, emerging leaders, and people managers.
