Transformational Team Coaching
Innovation is essential to solving today’s biggest challenges. But for innovation to be sustainable, we need teams. Too often, organizations work in silos and miss the opportunity to harness the true power of collaboration — where 1+1 becomes much more
than 2.
The Transformational Team Coaching series is designed for professionals who coach and lead teams in organizational settings. Blending theory with practical tools and real client stories, it offers a step-by-step method to understand and
influence team development across all levels: purpose, structure, dynamics, and culture.
What you will learn:
a) Why team coaching is urgent and essential today b) How to identify where teams are stuck c) How to contract and create effective intervention plans d) Examples of interventions at the levels of purpose, structure, cooperation, and culture
Description of each webinar
Webinar 1: The Domain of the Team Coach
Explore what team coaching is, why it matters more than ever, how groups differ from teams, and the role of the team coach. You’ll also self-assess against core team coaching competencies.
Webinar 2: Contract and Problem Definition
Learn the three layers of contracting and the four key elements that define team challenges: purpose and values, team structure, cooperation, and culture. Discover how to spot where a team is stuck.
Webinar 3: Team Coaching Interventions
The ultimate goal of team coaching is to create high-performing teams. This session will focus on interventions that remove blockages and support team learning, with practical examples at the levels of purpose, structure, cooperation, and culture.
Who is this webinar series for?
Seasoned Coaches, Executive Coaches, Team Coaches, Leader Coaches, HR/OD Professionals, and Internal Coaches.
Active Learning
Each session is highly interactive, combining frameworks, exercises, discussions, and real-world anecdotes.
