This is an AC Leader Coach member benefit and attending will provide you with an opportunity to reflect on your applied coaching style and to experience and experiment with new coaching techniques to support your leadership by:

• Being coached by others
• Practise coaching 'leader coach' topics
• Observing others being coached
• Coaching others on their coaching technique
• Gaining multiple perspectives from fellow peers
• Utilising a professional network of options and shared strategies
• Having access to overlapping and distinct expertise

Agenda:

Arrive with real topic(s) to be coached on to make the practice sessions as authentic as possible. This will help you in the role of Coach, but also means you’ll benefit from further insight when engaging as a Coachee. Keep your topics Leader Coach specific, and consider what you would like to bring to coaching:

• Perhaps interdepartmental conflict makes it difficult for you to execute?
• Maybe you’d like to increase your scope but don’t know how?
• Are deadlines affecting your ability to add real value?
• Perhaps you’d like to think about the best way to balance your home life with the demands of the role?
