About the event

Join us for an exclusive leader coach roundtable, dedicated for leaders, managers and people who are applying coaching skills within their roles, coming together to explore the transformative power of coaching. Held in a dynamic and welcoming space, this event is not just about theory—it’s about real stories, shared experiences, and the moments that redefine management and leadership.

This roundtable is exclusively for Leader Coach members of the AC and for non-members who are applying coaching skills within their roles in the workplace.

Real Leadership, Real Stories

True leadership is about more than authority—it’s about trust, connection, and curiosity. Through storytelling, we uncover the pivotal moments that reveal the true path forward. Guided by our esteemed host Paul Williamson, a leading voice from the ATG Entertainment the global leader in live entertainment. Paul will delve into stories about key leadership themes:

  • Trust & Teamwork: exploring how trusting your team can foster stronger, more resilient organizations.
  • Mindfulness & Presence: how self-awareness can shift leadership from a place of pressure to one of presence.
  • Curiosity & Listening: Why do some leaders push so hard? How can a coaching approach encourage curiosity, active listening, and transformational leadership?
  • Embracing the Messy Middle: Coaching isn’t about perfection—it’s about navigating missteps, learning from failures, and evolving. Some of the most powerful leadership lessons emerge when things go wrong. By sharing these experiences, we create a space where vulnerability and learning fuel true leadership growth.

A Community of Leader Coaches

This event isn’t about passive listening—it’s about showing up, being present, and becoming part of a thriving leader-coach community. With no rigid agenda, we’ll dance through diverse topics, allowing conversations to unfold naturally while staying focused on purpose and impact.

Beyond the Roundtable

The journey doesn’t end when the event concludes. Keep the momentum going with resources designed to support your management and leadership growth.
  • Coaching as a Leader: How to Coach Individuals and Teams for Improved Performance – A brand new must-read book due to be released on May 20th 2025 for those looking to embed coaching into their leadership practice.
  • Podcasts & Practical Coaching Tools – Inspiring conversations and exercises to deepen your coaching approach.
  • Ongoing Community Engagement – Stay connected with peers, continue the conversation, and cultivate a space for shared learning.

This is your invitation to be part of something bigger—a leadership movement rooted in coaching, storytelling, and transformation. Join us, bring your challenges, and discover how coaching can make a lasting difference in your leadership journey.

This roundtable is exclusively for Leader Coaches, for those who are applying or curious to apply coaching skills within their roles in the workplace.
