1 Day Accelerated Training for Executive & Team Coaches + Follow up Supervision Call

We are pleased to offer the Association for Coaching (AC) community a unique opportunity to get accredited in PROPHET (Predictive Role Profiling for High Performing Executive Teams). PROPHET is designed by a highly experienced team of experts, from the fields of business analytics, executive team development and psychometric testing. Delivered by our partner Wisdom8, PROPHET is being used globally, with top results, by certified practitioners across a number of multi-national brands, fast growing companies (e.g. fintech) and government ministries.

Katherine Tulpa is CEO and Co-Founder of the Association for Coaching. As an Accredited, Global Coach, she runs a successful board-level coaching business, Wisdom8, specialising in coaching CEOs, Executives, and Top Teams in some of the world's leading brands. Katherine works internationally across the UK, Europe, USA, UAE, and Asia, and has coached across 30 different nationalities. She is an author in 3 coaching books, a keynote speaker, lecturer, coach mentor, and consultant, and sits on 2 editorial boards. Recognised by her peers, she is recipient of the 'Coach/Mentor of the Year' award by Coaching at Work, the AC Honorary awards for 'Influencing & Impacting the Coaching Profession'.

Fees

The one day accelerated training will be followed by a PROPHET Group Supervision Call 3 months from the training date. Each participant is also offered an optional one-to-one PROPHET Mentoring Call, prior to their first Team Debrief.

Who is this training for?

This accelerated fast track course is designed for experienced coach practitioners with experience of delivering executive development and team programmes.  They will also need to have the background in at least one psychometric tool with experience in client debriefs.

How will coaches benefit?

PROPHET is already being used in leading global organisations.  Practitioners can utilise this tool to support the development of senior teams, which is opening more opportunity for coaches to add values to teams and executives.  The accreditation allows coaches to deliver insight and development to their client organisation in three ways:

• Individual PROPHET Profile: Coaching individual executives to understand their business preferences and implications for working with others.
• Team Insight Report: Providing Team Insights on how to get the best from everyone and develop relationships for enhanced performance.
• Pivotal Relationship Report: Advising Pivotal Relationships to develop partnerships that are critical to the success of a team or business e.g. CEO and CFO.

PROPHET is also helpful for use at off-sites and conferences providing team building and insight on how to successfully implement strategy.  Accreditation enters you into the PROPHET Accredited Coach Community, where you have access to support and on-going development to help you in your practice.

Following the training, you will also benefit by joining the PROPHET Accredited Practitioner Community, where you will have on-going development and support as PROPHET rolls out globally.
